As 2016 draws to a close, all of us at Independent Project Managers would like to wish our Clients, Consultants, Contractors and business associates best wishes for a happy holiday season and a prosperous New Year.
IPM had the pleasure of being involved in the construction of many successful projects in 2016. In February, we proudly celebrated the opening of the Harmony Hill Retirement Community, a $32M retirement residence comprised of 204 independent suites as well as extensive amenity spaces. We also assisted an undisclosed public utility in the completion of a multitude of small and large scale renovation and new construction projects, across more than a half dozen properties, as part of their overall $200M+ Facilities Consolidation Project.
We’ve also been successful in securing several new Clients, whose construction projects are now in the design stage with scheduled construction starts in 2017.
It has been a pleasure working with all of you over the last year and we look forward to all that 2017 has to offer.
