This project began with a feasibility study for the proposed acquisition of three (3) properties to house the City‘s new consolidated operations depot. The project includes the renovation of 40,000 sf of office space and 43,000 sf of warehouse space, along with a new addition to the existing structure and new stand alone buildings.
