IPM were contracted to manage the design and construction of a 16,000 sf facility plus mezzanine consisting of apparatus bays, administration offices, a training room, kitchen and changerooms. The station also incorporates four (4) double drive-thru vehicle bays, indoor and outdoor training facilities, an Emergency Operations Centre and other support service areas.
