The ARC Phase 2 expansion includes a 34,000 sf addition to Ajax's state-of-the-art Audley Recreation Facility. The new $30M addition to the popular community hub includes a new, modern library facility, active living areas, multi-purpose community rooms, off-leash dog park, outdoor amenities, expanded parking lot and electric vehicle charging stations.
