In addition to the above, we have also supported many other charitable organizations including Movember for Prostate Cancer Canada, Team Canada Women’s Lacrosse, Youthdale Treatment Centre, Canadian Cancer Society and various Hospital Foundations.
IPM was awarded the Civic Pride Award by the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce in 2011.
The staff of IPM has had the pleasure in being involved in managing many local construction projects which have helped to beautify and improve the ever-changing landscape of Oshawa and beyond. Our Clients have included the Corporation of the City of Oshawa, the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Oshawa Community Health Centre to name just a few. We take pride in serving our local community and feel honoured to have left a lasting legacy for our families, friends and neighbours.
In carrying out our daily operations, IPM maintains a high standard of expectations for all including our Clients, Contractors and Consultants. We promote the use of transparent tendering processes, we encourage all parties to work as a team, we ensure that all parties are treated in a fair and reasonable manner and we encourage participation from local contractors. By carrying out business in this manner, we have developed trusted relationships with the City of Oshawa’s Building Department and all City staff from the top down.
