The City Centre Residences will include the construction of an 18 storey, 205 unit, rental residential building located in the heart of downtown Oshawa. It also includes resident parking, indoor, outdoor and rooftop amenity spaces as well as dedicated retail space. Construction is anticipated to be complete in the Fall of 2028.

Located in central Oshawa, this project includes 75 new purpose-built affordable housing units. The design includes energy efficient features, accessibility for persons with disabilities for the entire building including barrier-free units, an abundance of well-planned accessible amenity space for active living and public transport available close by. Construction is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
