A 224 bed, four storey, 160,000 sf, long term care home consisting of seven resident home areas each with a central dining room with servery, lounge, spa and activity rooms. A full size commercial kitchen is located on the main level. The lower level includes a commercial laundry center, mechanical and electrical service rooms as well as multiple storage rooms.

A 25,000 sf, two storey shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence. This facility includes a second floor with sixteen bedrooms ranging from single bed to three beds per room. The main floor consists of a communal kitchen and dining area, administrative offices, communal lounge, indoor children’s play area, child case worker offices, meeting rooms, laundry room and donation receiving and storage. The basement houses an large childcare area, boardroom, staff room, group program rooms and service rooms. The project also includes a large fully fenced outdoor children’s playground as well as a pet shelter.
