Glen Hill Terrace is a 160 bed, not-for-profit, long term care residence located in Whitby, Ontario. The building is 110,000 sf plus basement and consists of 3 levels of assisted living. The upper two levels each contain two resident home areas divided into north and south wings. Each resident home area consists of a combination of private and semi-private rooms with a total of 32 beds in each wing. The central area of each of the upper floors includes two large dining areas, two meal serveries, activity rooms, nursing stations and lounge areas. The main floor consists of one resident home area in the north wing with administration and support offices in the south wing. The development also includes a 7,000 sf ground floor Seniors Medical Centre, a 3,656 sf dining area, patio, fitness centre and other amenities.
